This beer is a light saison with 89 pounds of muscadines from a local Georgia-based farm (named Mountain Breeze) owned by the parents our Head Brewer of Southern Mills, Brannen Morris. The muscadine grapes were added during fermentation. Once the muscadines were added, the beer sat on the grape skins for a couple of weeks.
