We are excited to release our next small batch of innovative beer which was developed by two of our extremely talented brewers, Griffin Hans& Zachary Schroeder.
Calculating Infinity is a Crushable Pale Ale (5%ABV) made with Pacificia, Wakatu, and Palisade hops. The name was inspired by an album both brewers listened to growing up.
The beer pours a light, straw gold with a dense white head. A rich aroma of mandarin orange, geranium, and lemongrass greet the nose. The flavor follows suit with creamy kiwi, melon, pineapple, and light lime zest. A crisp bitterness rounds this beer out and packs flavor and aroma into a tidy package worthy of a hot Georgia June.
