The Take Away:
This imperial sweet stout is soft and velvety. The aroma is a blend of coffee and cinnamon that translates to a brownie batter and flavors of all types of chocolate. This is the first time we’ve done an imperial stout with adjuncts, so we felt it important to reach a nice balance of the notes, but to also have some fun! We’re very happy with the results and hope you enjoy this big beer. Also, we put a portion of this brew in rye whiskey barrels, so stay tuned for that special project!
