A true Pilsner in a well-balanced package. Czech Saaz hops and a touch of Motueka from New Zealand put a new world twist on this Pilsner.

We tell everyone to crave curiosity, well here's us being curious. We took everyone's favorite berliner and added a cool twist by dry hopping with Galaxy hops for a limited batch.
We've been testing our Reclaimed Rye blended with coffee for several months now. If you've been in our tasting room you've probably tasted the Borboya, Reko, Suke Quto, and very early on we had Misty Valley. Well, we have had a fondness for the Misty Valley bean ever since the first time, and lucky for us this bean just came back into season.
It is hard to believe it has been six months already, but at the same time, it's even harder to believe it has only been 6 months considering everything that has happened . . .

It is hard to believe that Summer is coming to an end. We have been so grateful for all the support over this summer from the local Athens Community and look forward to a great Fall. As we leave the "slower" months here in Athens, we are adjusting our hours to provide a better tour experience and better accommodate our tour guests.

One of our 6 core pillars is Quality, and for that reason, if something isn't right, we simply won't serve it and sell it. We know this caused some delays, but the the Good news is that this time it is right . . . it is so very right . .
We made a Gose out of Athena and we're calling it Tritonia. Come by today to taste this other German style that is a cousin to the Berliner Weisse.
Back by popular demand, the Suke Quto Reclaimed Rye, will be available at our brewery tasting room tomorrow, Tuesday, June 10th. We only have a 1/4 barrel of this deliciousness so come early before it is gone (we suggest the Tuesday Tour). Since this is a limited time offering we will only be offering it in 3 ounce samples in an effort to spread the love and allow as many of you as possible to savor the flavor.
We are excited to announce that our brewery, Creature Comforts, has won an award from the Athens Clarke Heritage Foundation, for Outstanding Rehabilitation at the 45th Annual Preservation Awards . . .
