We are excited to release the sixth brew from The Curious Series on April 30! The base beer of The Curious No. 6 is a mixed culture, tart blonde ale that was fermented in wine barrels. In addition to aging in wine barrels, the beer underwent a secondary fermentation on Georgia peaches.
We have collaborated with Brooklyn-based Other Half Brewing Company to brew a Baltic Porter named, The King’s Ransom. This beer was packaged in 12-ounce cans and will be released on April 8th here at the brewery!
We expanded our brewery operations in February of 2016! Take a look at some of the photos we took of this exciting day!
"Cosmik Debris is a modern take on a double IPA that features more than 5 and a half pounds of hops per barrel. The beer is released in March because the freshest and most choice hops are made available to brewers typically around February." - Adam Beauchamp, Co-founder & Brewmaster
"This is the beer we plan to make again when we get new, freshly emptied wine barrels..As a result of using fresh barrels every time, Emergence will never be the exact same beer twice, and we are extremely proud of the 2015 vintage." - Wood Cellar and Specialty Brand Manager, Blake Tyers.
We have new tour hours starting this Friday (March 4th)!

We started this whole process wanting the basic rights that nearly all the other breweries in America share . . . the right to sell beer to the consumers who come to our brewery. Just like a bakery sells the bread they make direct to consumer from their bakery, just like a farm can sell the vegetables they grow direct to consumers from their farm, or just like a winery in Georgia can sell the wine it makes direct to consumers from their winery, we want to sell the beer we make directly to consumers from our brewery. We believe that should be our right.
We're adding new tanks so we can make you guys more beer. Thanks for the support that got us here!
Want to know where the mural went? Well, here's the full scoop.
We are not usually one to get too caught up in the hype, but since we do have some extra inventory on some more seasonal items, we figured why not jump on the Cyber Monday bandwagon and put some deals out there!
Make Creature Comforts a part of your weekend plans. With events going on Friday and Saturday this will be a great weekend to visit the brewery, take a tour, and enjoy some locally crafted beers from Athens newest award winning brewery!

We tell everyone to crave curiosity, well here's us being curious. We took everyone's favorite berliner and added a cool twist by dry hopping with Galaxy hops for a limited batch.
We've been testing our Reclaimed Rye blended with coffee for several months now. If you've been in our tasting room you've probably tasted the Borboya, Reko, Suke Quto, and very early on we had Misty Valley. Well, we have had a fondness for the Misty Valley bean ever since the first time, and lucky for us this bean just came back into season.
